In a report, the PCG mentioned that 16,554 outbound passengers and 13,603 inbound passengers have been recorded in all ports nationwide.
“There have been 4,199 deployed frontline personnel, and 16 PCG Districts have inspected 176 vessels and 65 motorbancas,” it added.

The coast guard likewise mentioned that their districts, stations, and sub-stations will keep on heightened alert till November 5 to handle the inflow of passengers at ports.
