The Grey-headed Kite is broadly distributed in lowland forested habitats from Central America south to southern Brazil and Uruguay. Grownup is distinctive, with a delicate grey head, darkish eyes (no yellow within the face, not like most hawks), and reasonably small grayish toes. (from Birds of the World)
