Vic Sotto and Piolo Pascual handled followers to a sneak peek of their upcoming movie “The Kingdom,” a confirmed entry to the fiftieth Metro Manila Movie Pageant (MMFF).
Pictures of Sotto and Pascual portraying their respective characters within the film had been uploaded by MQuest Ventures on its Fb web page on Monday, October 7.
Perched on a wicker seat in a crisp blue swimsuit, Sotto departed from his traditional comedian look with an unsmiling expression. His left hand noticeably bore a tattoo, though its that means stays unknown.
In the meantime, a gaunt-looking Pascual was pushing a rice plow via a carried a muddy patch in his denim jacket and orange polo shirt.

“The Kingdom” was introduced as one of many first batch of MMFF entries in July 2024. It will likely be directed by Michael Tuviera whereas Michelle Ngu-Nario wrote its script.
This marks Sotto’s return to the annual movie competition since “Mission Unstapabol: The Don Id” in 2019. Pascual, alternatively, was the lead star of the MMFF 2023 “Mallari,” the place he portrayed three characters.
