Connecticut-based band Anxious have introduced their sophomore album, Bambi. The follow-up to 2022’s Little Inexperienced Home will drop on February 21 by way of Run For Cowl. Talking about ‘Counting Sheep’, guitarist and co-vocalist Dante Melucci stated in an announcement: “This one is completely insane… I had the concept that I might flip the vibe of the Gorillaz self-titled document right into a cool Anxious observe, and as soon as I had the verse melody and the fast sixteenth rhythm pacing I knew it was gonna be one of the best music. It’s about being torpid and losing your time and hiding, all since you’re too afraid to confront nearly all the things.”
