Godspeed You! Black Emperor is suspending the remaining U.S. stops of their 2024 North American tour, based on a press release posted to the Constellation Data Instagram web page. Earlier this month, the Canadian post-rock group cancelled dates in Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta, citing a “band well being scenario.” The postponement consists of tonight’s present in Saxapahaw, NC, plus Washington, D.C., Brooklyn, Norwalk, Conn., Boston, and Philadelphia.
Godspeed You! even have two performances scheduled in Montreal, Quebec on November 25 and 26; it’s unclear whether or not these might be likewise affected by the postponement. The band’s North American tour kicked off earlier this month in Grand Rapids, Mich. Their newest album, “NO TITLE AS OF 13 FEBRUARY 2024 28,340 DEAD”, got here out in October.
