Acid Tub frontman Dax Riggs is gonna have one hell of a 2025. Acid Tub has reunited for some reunion exhibits, and Riggs himself is releasing his first new album in 15 years named 7 Songs For Spiders, due out January 24.
Riggs is now streaming the only “Even The Stars Fall”, about which he stated: “A meditation on human collapse and the way failure creates the one heaven we’ll ever know. GET UNDEAD! BE ALIVE NOW! Trigger even the celebs fall.”
7 Songs For Spiders was written at Riggs‘ residence in Acadiana, a area settled by descendants of French exiles from Canada. “I’ve at all times felt a reference to the spirit of this place,” stated Riggs of the situation. “There is a vacuum for rock music right here in ‘Cajun hell,’ so it is the proper place to go inside your self–the place I’ve at all times gone.”
