What are the implications of US’s UN Safety Council veto, ICC warrants? | Israel-Palestine battle

The USA vetoed a decision calling for a ceasefire in Gaza on the United Nations Safety Council.

The Worldwide Legal Courtroom (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defence Minister Yoav Gallant over alleged “battle crimes” and “crimes in opposition to humanity” in Gaza.

The courtroom additionally issued a warrant for Hamas’s Qassam Brigades chief Mohammed Deif for alleged “crimes in opposition to humanity” and “battle crimes”, though Israel mentioned it killed Deif in July.

A day earlier, the US vetoed one other Gaza ceasefire decision on the UN.

So, what occurs subsequent?
