The Cultural Human Useful resource Council (CHRC) is happy to announce {that a} new Inclusion, Range, Fairness & Accessibility (IDEA) instrument is now out there to the cultural sector.
Created with the assistance of Ontario Arts Council funding by way of the Cross-Sectoral Restoration Roundtable (CSRR) challenge, this new HR Administration Toolkit responds to the necessity and requests for readily accessible sources with regards to IDEA.
Via HR Administration Toolkit Belonging, CHRC and CSRR challenge members goal to:

Improve data on IDEA;

Strengthen board and administration dedication to IDEA;

Share IDEA providers, instruments and sources.
CHRC encourages leaders, managers, and all stakeholders throughout the cultural sector to obtain a free copy of Belonging.
