Who is that this coaching for?
We’ve got folks from all types of occupations and backgrounds attend our Youngsters Yoga Trainer Trainings. We work with these trying to empower kids with instruments to kind lifelong wholesome habits. Attendees have various experiences with yoga and mindfulness–no conditions required! (Although a private mindfulness or yoga follow is extremely advisable.)
