Nicolás Jaar has digitally launched two new albums: Hearken to Piedras 1 and Piedras 2 beneath. Vinyl editions, from Jaar’s Different Individuals label, will comply with on January 31.
Jaar, in keeping with a press launch, first wrote “Piedras” for a live performance at Chile’s Museum of Reminiscence and Human Rights to commemorate the victims of Augusto Pinochet’s multi-decade army dictatorship.
